The first sip lasted 3 days the next 2 only a couple hours. Very disappointed

Product a joke barely any flavor from it also flavor doesn't last at all. Better off buying bottle flavor water don't waste your money on it

This is the worst product ever I started getting circle in July 2 days later I contacted the company and said do not send me any more they're giving me bad headaches the next month here comes six more I contacted the company five emails saying do not send me anymore you can't get through on the phone this month I'm getting more and I keep telling them don't send them they give me massive headaches stomach aches and diarrhea

I have had this bottle for some time now. Here recently the sips haven’t lasted 2 16oz waters worth before loosing its taste. I buy them from Walmart, 6 at a time but flavor doesn’t last.

However, I got mine from Walmart and the flavor only lasts maybe 2-3 bottles on 2 to 3 setting. When I take the cartridge out and shake it you can hear more flavor in it. They aren't empty but won't come out. I bought 12 cartridges and have used 4 they are all like this.

Return policy is BULL****. You can't return anything even though it has never been opened. Don't buy the vanilla ice coffee it tastes like ****.

I purchased a bottle and one cartridge to see how long it would last. At level 4 the cartridge ran out of flavor between on and one and a half bottles. Huge rip-off considering the cost of the bottle and cartridge. Nowhere near the advertised amount of refills .

OK! At first I really enjoyed this product. I don’t like how the product runs out too fast but rather than that the mixes are pretty good. Some better than others but for the most part they are pretty good tasting. But my main issue with this product is that it was making my kidneys hurt really bad. I did a test on myself and stop drinking them for a few days to a week and my pain went away. As soon as my pain was completely gone I waited a few more days and re-tried the products all over again and my kidney started hurting bad again. I don’t know what in ot is causing that problem but there is something in this product that causes my kidneys hurt.

I have had my bottle for a few months now. Loved it at the start. Even went on their website to buy more flavors than just what the stores had. I have tried 5 different flavors now and it doesn't matter what level it is on, you can barely taste anything. Doesn't matter if it's a 1 or a 9, tastes the same. I would usually go with a 3. I have all of these flavors sitting around for nothing. It doesn't make any sense. Should have just stuck with Crystal Light packets.

I bought the water bottle and sips from their website. I have quite a few flavors that I do not like and wanted to send them back and exchange them for ones I do like. The company will not allow that which b.s. considering they aren’t exactly cheap. Also, why do they not accept returns when some of these other stores who sell their products do allow returns. What a crap company! Don’t waste your money.
